beamME CV Review

Category : Software, iPhone

Let me set a scene for you, you’re out at a job fair or a conference in your area of work, you talk to someone who asks you to send them a copy of your resume or CV, you get their email address and contact info, then when you get back to your computer, if you remember, you send them a copy of your resume. It could’ve been hours between the time you met that person and then sent the resume, and by that time, the person you sent it too might not remember exactly who you were. Here comes another great app from the makers of beamME/beamME Pro called beamME CV.

This is one of the greatest apps to come along in awhile. The limits of the iPhone mean you can’t store your resume on the phone and then attach it to an email and send it, this app makes it super simple to do that, all you have to do is upload your resume to your account and you’re ready to start sending it out.

When you first start using the app, you need to tell it your email address, then you will be sent a private link that will allow you to upload your resume, once that is done you are ready to go, all you have to do is enter the email address or phone number of the recipient and it sends it right away. You can also add a personalized note to the sender, and it will also map the location. I would highly recommend you buy this app if you are in the place where you have to send out your resume or CV at the drop of a hat, but even if you don’t this is a must have app for the iPhone. Also make sure to follow them on twitter @beamMEpro because they sometimes give away a copy of the app, in the meantime, take a look at some screenshots below.
